Meet the Otely team

Behind Otely are three passionate co-founders: Charlotte, Charles and Maxime. They didn't meet by chance, but as a result of a previous entrepreneurial adventure that revealed their complementarity and shared ambition.

Charles began his career as a restaurateur before taking part in the development of a restaurant group in France, where he held the position of Operations Director. It was during this experience that he came face to face with the challenges faced by hoteliers in terms of food & beverage (F&B) management.

Since 2015, Charles has been at the forefront of new restaurant trends, piloting the first restaurant delivered by Uber Eats in France. This experience led him to take an interest in dedicated delivery kitchens (Dark Kitchens), opening several establishments in 2018. It was during this adventure that he met Charlotte and Maxime.

In a world where the foodservice industry is rapidly evolving towards more flexible and digital solutions, Otely is the answer to hoteliers' catering needs.

Thanks to an exclusive partnership with Uber Eats, the Otely team is now in a position to offer the 1st room service connected to food delivery.

With an approach that combines business expertise and technological innovation, our mission is to support hotel establishments in digitizing their F&B offering by proposing high-performance solutions tailored to their customers' requirements.
